Something yummy is grilling in our kitchen this morning. Something smells like beef steak is grilling in our kitchen.
Recently, we had been blessed with a very useful electric grilling machine, which I LOVE it a lot! I love it how a perfect steak can be cook easily just within minutes, but hubby monkey hates it as much as I love it because it is not easy at all to clean after each usage.
It is one gigantic machine which you can’t just put into the dishwasher or to wash under the running water. All you can do is to wipe the surfaces. It sounded very easy but not at all when you have to wipe away the stubborn excess oil from the meat.
Today is our third time to use the machine. But today, hubby monkey seemed happy as he did the cleaning part because he found himself a smart easy way of cleaning it. He switched back on the machine and let it warms up before wiping it with a damped cloth soaked with soaps. Hubby monkey then easily wiped off the oil, and he even happily said “Oh, I love the smell of the sauce!” 
Yes, not only our kitchen but our house smells like homemade steak sandwich since morning.
A beef steak grilled to perfection served with toasted sourdough, grilled capsicum and grilled sweet potato chips, topped with caramelised sweet onion.
Chef dondon the mouse happily did the grilling and chef hery the monkey happily did the cleaning. Both chefs are happy and satisfied this morning. 
It was dark and quiet when we left the house going to the airport before the sunrise.

And now, we are ready to take off to see the Kiwi at 7.25am.
